Requirements:

Candidate will be responsible for Design and Development of Plastic & Polymeric parts related topics for all components of Automotive transmission parts

0-4 years of experience in Manual Transmission design and development specially related to Polymers (Plastic parts), Elastomers (Gasket, seals, Bellow), Sealant & Transmission oil with Materials expertise

Expertise in Plastic and Polymer materials, including knowledge of their properties, processing, and applications in automotive components.

Experience in product development with Supplier, review designs using CAD, and engineering drawing for plastic and polymer components, understand SEM, Moldflow reports
