Your Qualifications
- You have a B.Tech/M.Tech degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, are eager to learn, and maintain an open-minded attitude toward new technologies
- You have experience in collaborating with stakeholders and leading a team of skilled engineers
- You possess robust software engineering skills with proven experience as a full-stack developer using C# as backend and any frontend technologies (TypeScript / React / Angular)
- You have hands-on experience building desktop applications using WPF along with a solid understanding of client-server architecture and proficient in relational databases (MS SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL)
- You are familiar with agile software development practices and tools such as Azure DevOps and Git
- You raise concerns over code quality or lacking test cases and fix problems once you see them
- You ideally have experience with AI agentic tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, MCP server), scripting knowledge in Python / PowerShell and exposure to YAML and Azure Pipelines
- You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
