Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive OEM customer acquisition, manage RFQs, coordinate sample development, and expand the company's business in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent negotiation skills, and experience in OEM sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new OEM customers in assigned regions through cold visits, references, vendor meets, and industry expos.
- Build solid relationships with OEM purchase, sourcing, and engineering teams.
- Receive and analyze RFQs, coordinate with NPD, Production, and Quality teams for feasibility and costing.
- Prepare and submit quotations after obtaining management approval.
- Participate in commercial negotiations and finalize pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Follow up for quotation approvals, trial orders, and purchase order generation.
- Coordinate sample development, dispatch, customer feedback, and approval processes.
- Gain working knowledge of PPAP and OEM validation requirements.




- Develop recurring business by coordinating production schedules and customer demand forecasts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new OEM business opportunities.
- Prepare customer visit reports, RFQ status, quotations, and sales performance reports.
- Maintain CRM records and support sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Represent the company at industry expos, trade fairs, and OEM vendor meets while continuously upgrading product and market knowledge.

Required Skills

- BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 2 to 3 years of experience in OEM sales, business development, or industrial marketing
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering products
- Experience handling RFQs, quotations, commercial negotiations, and customer coordination
- Knowledge of PPAP, OEM requirements, and new product development processes is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, vendor meets, and industry exhibitions
