Role & responsibilities

- Ensures that meeting calendars of all Committees are made
- Does Gap analysis as per the observation of internal audit.
- Provides feedback to operations/clinical departments
- Supports the planning and implementation of all requirements of accreditation.
- Carry out routine audits of clinical areas/departments.
- Ensures Statutory Compliances.
- Supports and implements Quality Implementation projects.
- Ensures timely Closure of Non conformities.
- Conducts Training on Quality standards in coordination with HR.
- Gives support to the development, periodic review and improvement of clinical indicators
- Ensures that all the clinical areas are complying to ISO15189 2007 standards .
- Any other duties assigned by the reporting manager .

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have experience of 2 to 4 Yrs in Quality department at NABH/ JCI Hospitals Only.

Qualification Required

BDS in Graduation + MBA/MHA in Post Graduation are mandatory
