Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Upstream Flow Supervisor to lead supply chain transformation initiatives focused on inventory optimization, supplier risk management, and digitalization. The role will drive upstream supply chain excellence by implementing advanced inventory planning models, enhancing supplier collaboration, improving planning processes, and leveraging digital technologies such as AI and Oracle-based solutions to improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in inventory management, replenishment planning, supplier development, process improvement, ERP systems, and digital transformation within a manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

- Manage inventory planning and optimization across Business Units (BUs).
- Drive inventory actions and reporting to achieve inventory targets.
- Implement and manage inventory frameworks such as LTC, VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory), FTWZ, and inventory rebalancing initiatives.
- Develop and implement advanced replenishment models to improve material availability while minimizing inventory costs.
- Monitor and improve inventory KPIs including DIN (Days Inventory) and NIN (Net Inventory).

2. Supply Chain Digital Transformation

- Lead digital transformation initiatives within Supply Chain.




- Drive automation and AI-based projects to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process digitization using Oracle ERP and other digital supply chain tools.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions.

3. Supplier Risk Management

- Develop supplier de-risking strategies to ensure supply continuity.
- Perform supplier segmentation and 9-Box supplier mapping.
- Execute critical supplier risk mitigation plans.
- Drive localization and alternate sourcing initiatives.
- Work closely with Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Development (SCD), and Technical Approval (TA) teams.
- Strengthen supplier partnerships to improve reliability and performance.

4. Process Improvement

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes.
- Enhance planning accuracy through improvements in MRP parameters and planning tools.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Standardize best practices across business units.

5. KPI Management

- Track and monitor key supply chain performance indicators.
- Drive improvements in:
- Inventory Turns
- DIN/NIN
- Supplier On-Time Delivery
- Inventory Accuracy
- Forecast Accuracy
- Material Availability
- Supplier Performance

- Present performance dashboards and management reports.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and IT teams.
- Support strategic supply chain initiatives and transformation programs.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment for digital and process improvement projects.
