Role & responsibilities

1. Set up an effective Quality Management System.

2. Responsible for defining QA & QC strategy, approach and execution for the plant especially manufacturing (Incoming, WIP, FG, Outgoing Materials) and obtain results so that we deliver defect free materials to Customers.

3. Initiative for cost saving Projects

4. Implementation of ISO, Food Safety, GMP and other requirements to meet Customer or Third-Party Audits on behalf of the Customers.

5. Handle Customer Complaints with CAPA , as per the agreed timeline with Customers.

6. Establish programs to identify internal non-conformances and implement corrections and improvements.

7. Collaborate with Purchasing to develop and implement a supplier management strategy.

8. Assess and monitor supplier capabilities and quality to ensure desired levels of performance. Work with supplier to resolve any incoming component quality problems.

9. Collaborate with Engineering and R & D team on design review for quality/reliability issues.

10. Lead responsibilities and act as the owner for the risk analysis throughout the product life cycle, both in the design process and after delivery of the products.





11. Make appropriate recommendations and implement quality initiatives to improve and drive execution of our internal quality performance.

12. Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.

13. Maintain and Upgrade Quality Lab as to meet internal & External Quality Requirements. Ensure timely calibration of all Testing Equipment.

14. Prepare Daily Reports on Quality Rejections (Internal & External), wastage and Monthly MIS.

15. Ensure implementation of Safety & GMP in your area.

16. Approve Rework after random sampling of the affected lot.

17. Train QC & Production Personals on maintaining quality standards.

18. COA for all out going materials & Samples for Customers.

19. Make and implement in line QC system in manufacturing.

20. Resolve inter department conflicts. And synergies with other functionalities.

21. Ensure fire safety, and implementation of GMP.

22. Attend structured meetings.

23. To follow the work instruction and SOP Issued time to time.
