- Manage non-litigation matters related to real estate transactions, including title searches and due diligence.
- Draft and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for real estate deals.
- Conduct research on laws, regulations, and industry standards to provide expert advice on complex legal issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes through negotiation or litigation.
Job Requirements :
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry.
- Solid understanding of SARFAESI Act (Securitization and Reconstruction Finance Corporation) regulations.
- Excellent drafting skills for preparing various types of legal documents such as mortgages, leases, contracts etc.
