Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Head – Motor Placement to manage motor insurance policy placement with insurers. The role involves negotiating premiums, comparing quotations, coordinating policy issuance, ensuring accurate documentation, handling renewals, and maintaining solid relationships with insurance companies.
Key Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in Motor Insurance Placement/Underwriting (Broker or Insurer).
- Strong knowledge of motor insurance products, IDV, add-on covers, endorsements, and underwriting.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management.
- Graduate (Insurance/Commerce/Management preferred); III/IRDAI certification is an added advantage.
