Job Requirements

- Must have a bike (2-wheeler) and be comfortable working full days in the field.

- Positive communication skills in Hindi or the local language are required.

- Basic smartphone usage, including WhatsApp and forms, is necessary.

- Experience in field sales, recruitment, or onboarding is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.





- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
