- Develop, optimize, and verify CNC milling programs for Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce high-precision components.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and specifications to ensure accurate programming and machining.
- Utilize CAM software (Solid CAM, CATIA, NX, Unigraphics, PowerMill, Delcam, HyperMill) for productive toolpath generation and simulation.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve machining issues and improve processes.
- Perform tool selection, fixture design, and setup planning to maximize efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct program troubleshooting and provide technical support to machine operators.
- Maintain documentation of programs, revisions, and process improvements.
