Role Overview

We are looking for a Deputy Manager Website Management to support the day-to-day management and optimization of our hospital websites. This role will work closely with the Senior SEO Manager to ensure seamless website operations, timely content updates, SEO implementation, and an optimal user experience across multiple websites.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day website operations across multiple hospital websites.
- Coordinate content updates, landing page creation, and website enhancements.
- Implement on-page SEO recommendations, metadata, schema, redirects, and internal linking.
- Work with development teams and agencies to resolve technical issues and deploy new features.
- Monitor website performance, uptime, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO health.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, user-centric, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Track website performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio, and prepare periodic reports.
- Coordinate with marketing, hospital teams, and external partners to deliver website requirements on time.





Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in website management, SEO, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Sitecore, AEM, Drupal, or similar).
- Good understanding of technical SEO, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and website analytics.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website performance optimization.
- Solid project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
