We are hiring experienced Microsoft Fabric Data Engineers/Architects to join Capgemini on a direct payroll.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain data ingestion pipelines and cloud architecture solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
- Build high-volume, scalable, and secure data processing solutions.
- Develop PySpark notebooks to implement business rules and data transformations.
- Collaborate with architects and technical leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization of Microsoft Fabric applications.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security controls are implemented.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval mechanisms.




- Monitor system performance and recommend infrastructure improvements.
- Integrate, centralize, and maintain enterprise data sources.
- Support migration of data from legacy platforms to Microsoft Fabric.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Valuable understanding of data processing frameworks such as Azure Databricks and Hadoop.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of networking, security, and enterprise data management.
- Understanding of Data Governance principles.

Preferred Certifications

- Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-700)
- Microsoft Certified: Fabric Data Engineer Associate (DP-600)
