We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks. The candidate will leverage Robot Framework along with Playwright to validate modern web applications, APIs, and end-to-end workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in keyword-driven testing, browser automation, and integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain robust automation frameworks using Robot Framework and Browser Library (Playwright-based) .
- Design, develop, and execute reusable automated test scripts for web applications across multiple browsers and platforms.
- Perform API automation testing for RESTful services and backend validation.
- Integrate automated regression and smoke test suites into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins .
- Identify, log, analyze, and track software defects using tools such as Jira or HP ALM .
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure maximum test coverage.
- Conduct automation script code reviews and ensure adherence to clean coding standards.




- Implement data-driven testing approaches and maintain proper test data management.
- Improve test execution efficiency and reduce manual testing effort through automation best practices.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework
- Experience in Playwright for browser automation
- Expertise in API Testing / API Automation
- Knowledge of Python or scripting for automation
- Valuable understanding of REST APIs , JSON, and request/response validation
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Knowledge of defect tracking tools like Jira / HP ALM
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices
- Experience with version control tools like Git
- Knowledge of performance or security testing is an added advantage
