Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day operations including client onboarding, transaction processing, billing, settlements, and third-party custodial relationships.
- Design streamlined processes, implement systems like CRM and portfolio tools, and ensure SEBI regulatory compliance across all activities.
- Build, mentor, and handle a high-performing operations team by fostering open communication, setting SMART goals, delegating based on strengths, and encouraging continuous learning through workshops on regulations and tools.
- Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, mitigate operational risks, conduct regular check-ins to prevent burnout, integrate feedback loops, and collaborate with CFO/President on strategic growth initiatives.
- Assess team skills via audits, promote a feedback culture with one-on-ones, hire for coachability emphasizing empathy,



and track success through metrics like error rates and process times.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Business, or related field; certifications like CFA or CPA preferred.
- 7-12 years in financial services operations, with 3+ years in leadership roles managing mutual funds, wealth advisory, or back-office functions.
- Robust knowledge of SEBI regulations, risk management, financial systems; plus proven team handling skills including communication, delegation, avoiding micromanagement, and building adaptability.
- Proven track record in process optimization, team building with transparency and autonomy, and delivering exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced environment.
