Post : Deputy /Assistant Manager- Project & Operations

Qualification : BE/ Diploma- Mechnical/Electrical

Role & responsibilities :

- Proposing and managing budgets for all the existing and upcoming projects.
- Monitoring project budgets to ensure costs are within reasonable limits.
- Identify cost savings for the company and negotiate to get healthy margins and payment terms.
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
- Developing creative, solution-based designs and materials application etc.
- Calculate material requirement for all the Projects.
- Developing project timelines, including phases of implementation, completion dates etc.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Plan and review all drawings and making recommendations for improvement.
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
- Conduct on site investigations / inspection and analyse data (maps, reports, drawings etc.)



to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Oversee safety aspects of project, including safety meetings with all the concerned team.
- Monitoring construction projects to ensure that they are proceeding according to schedule.
- Development of current vendors or third party for various Projects (Existing & Upcoming)
- Managing vendor relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines etc.
- Researches and evaluates vendors to compare quotations.
- Engage & finalize vendors as per the companys policy within the defined budget and ensuring agreement is signed off by the vendor and concerned person.
- Identify, engage and maintain back up of vendor for each critical project.
- Maintaining the Vendor / Third Party database, records, and related documentation.
- Monitor and review the monthly & quarterly reports and provide POA for further improvement to the Mgmt.
