We are looking for a Portfolio Leader - Client Delivery to lead a portfolio of strategic client engagements while driving the adoption of AI and technology across delivery teams. This role combines executive client leadership, operational excellence, and transformation leadership.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding client outcomes, building high-performing teams, and partnering with Solutions, Product, and AI teams to embed cutting-edge solutions into client engagements. As a senior leader, you will help shape the future of iQuanti's delivery model by creating scalable, efficient, and AI-powered ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Portfolio Leadership

- Serve as the executive sponsor for a portfolio of client engagements, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Drive strategic direction and business outcomes across marketing, analytics, experience, and creative engagements.
- Ensure portfolio health across delivery quality, client satisfaction, revenue retention, and growth.
- Lead governance, risk management, and executive reviews across the portfolio.

AI & Transformation Leadership

- Define and drive the AI and technology transformation agenda across the portfolio.
- Partner with Solutions, Product, and AI teams to implement innovative solutions within client engagements.
- Champion AI-enabled workflows, automation, and scalable delivery practices that improve productivity, quality, and speed.




- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement while driving adoption of new tools and operating models.

Business & Operational Excellence

- Own portfolio P&L;, balancing growth, profitability, delivery quality, and CSAT.
- Drive operational excellence through standardization, automation, and technology-enabled delivery.
- Improve key business metrics including margin, utilization, Revenue/FTE, and delivery efficiency.

Talent & Leadership

- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing global teams.
- Develop future-ready leaders and strengthen AI and digital capabilities across the organization.
- Foster a culture of accountability, learning, innovation, and client-centricity.

Success Metrics

- Revenue growth, retention, and portfolio profitability
- Client satisfaction and executive stakeholder trust
- Delivery quality, operational excellence, and portfolio health

Required Expertise

- Proven experience leading large client portfolios with accountability for delivery, growth, and business outcomes.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted client relationships.
- Deep expertise in one or more areas including Performance Marketing, Analytics, Customer Experience Optimization, Creative Services, or Marketing Technology.
- Demonstrated experience driving technology, automation, or AI-led transformation initiatives.
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
