We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chat Support Executive to join our team at TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

- Provide exceptional customer service through chat support, resolving queries and concerns efficiently.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers via chat, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, leveraging knowledge of CRM systems and IT-enabled services.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall customer experience.
- Work in a fast-paced setting,



managing multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in BPO or IT-enabled services.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and IT-enabled services, along with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
