We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team at TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in recruitment and IT enabled services, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
