- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other key customers.

- Conduct site visits to identify and pursue current business opportunities.

- Organize and lead weekly shop meetings with applicators to drive product adoption and team alignment.

- Submit accurate and timely daily sales reports via the online portal.

- Spend at least two hours daily at the assigned store to engage customers and support sales activities.

Job Requirements

- Valid two-wheeler is mandatory for field operations.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven by performance targets.

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in channel sales (e.g., AP/Akzo, Laminates, Plywood, Electricals, Lubricants).

- Basic knowledge about Berger Company.





- Fresh graduates or professionals from insurance or banking sectors with sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
