About this role

We're looking for a Travel Operations Manager to bring structure, speed, and cost discipline to travel for students, faculty, and leadership across Masters' Union and Tetr. You'll report to the Travel Lead, own vendor and budget performance, and be the go-to person when something needs to move fast across 250+ requests a month, including large group and international travel.

Specifically, this role will involve

- Owning end-to-end travel flights, hotels, visas, insurance, ground transport for staff, faculty, leadership, and students.
- Owning approval and budget-sharing turnaround times; fix recurring bottlenecks.
- Negotiating and managing vendors airlines, hotels, ground transport; own hotel contracting for repeat destinations.
- Tracking budgets and invoices; deliver daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reporting.

Ideal candidate will have

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 56 years in travel operations, corporate travel, hospitality, or logistics including international and group travel.
- Track record in vendor negotiation, budget ownership, and stakeholder management not just execution.
- Comfortable with tight turnarounds and last-minute changes. Strong Excel/Sheets skills; travel management tool experience a plus.
