Key Responsibilities:
.. Manage 24x7 operations and maintenance of Wind Energy Converters (WECs)
.. Lead site O&M; teams and optimize manpower utilization
.. Monitor turbine performance and ensure maximum generation
.. Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance activities
.. Ensure 100% SCADA connectivity across wind assets
.. Manage site inventory, tools, spares, budgets, and vendor coordination
.. Prepare and submit DGR, MPR, and operational reports
.. Coordinate with State Electricity Boards and other stakeholders
.. Maintain statutory, regulatory, IMS, EHS, OHSAS, and ISO compliance
.. Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, risk assessments, mock drills, and incident investigations
.. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing O&M; team
Ideal Candidate:
.. Solid experience in Wind Farm Operations & Maintenance
.. Expertise in SCADA monitoring, maintenance planning, and team management
.. Sound knowledge of EHS, statutory compliance, and safety management systems
.. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
Candidates must have prior team management/handling experience.
