Role: Inside Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Manager with strong communication and sales skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the career consulting or education consulting industry and will work closely with the Managing Director to drive business growth and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries and convert leads into clients.

* Counsel prospective clients on career consulting services and recommend suitable solutions.

* Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.

* Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored recommendations.

* Work closely with the Managing Director on sales strategy, business development, and client engagement initiatives.

* Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and prepare regular reports.





* Identify opportunities to improve the sales process and customer experience.

Candidate Profile

* Experience: 46 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the career consulting, education consulting, or related consulting industry.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

* Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

* Comfortable collaborating directly with senior leadership.

Preferred Criteria

* Age: 26 to 30 years

Compensation

* Salary: 6. to 7.2 LPA
