Roles and Responsibilities

- Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.

- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding current employees.

- Ensure timely communication with applicants regarding interview schedules and offer extensions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment).

- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong understanding of sourcing profiles, salary negotiations, screening resumes, and interview coordination.
