Job Title: Operation Supervisor Sulphuric Acid Plant & ETP

Location: Mundra

Qualification:

- Diploma in Chemical Engineering / B.Sc. Chemistry (Preferred)

Experience:

- 2–5 years in Sulphuric Acid Plant and/or Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operations.
- Experience with DCS/PLC operations preferred.
- Knowledge of RO, MEE/MVR, Filter Press, Centrifuge, Neutralization, Chemical Dosing, and Utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise shift operations of the Sulphuric Acid Plant and ETP.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure safe, efficient plant operation.
- Operate and monitor Sulphur Burner, Converter, Drying & Absorption Towers, Acid Circulation System, RO, MEE/MVR, Clarifier, Filter Press, and Centrifuge.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, PTW, LOTO, safety, and environmental regulations.




- Coordinate with Maintenance, Laboratory, and Operations teams.
- Maintain shift logs, production reports, and utility/chemical consumption records.
- Supervise operators and helpers and ensure smooth shift handover.
