Role Overview

The Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) will lead thedevelopment of high-quality e-learning content on technology tools relevant forteachers. The role will also contribute to designing digitalframeworks to enable effective integration of technology in classrooms. The SMEwill focus on creating courses and short-form video content that demonstratethe practical application of digital pedagogy, subject-specific digital tools,and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the teachinglearning process. Also conductwebinars for us. The role involves close collaboration with educatorsand other stakeholders to build teacher capacity and enable meaningful,classroom-ready use of technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop instructor-ledtraining (ILT) content focused on educational technology, digital tools,subject-specific resources, and AI integration.

- Create technology-enabled teachingand learning resources that support practical classroom implementation.

- Develop courses and short videocontent demonstrating effective use of technology in teaching.

- Plan and deliver virtual as wellas in-person career development sessions for teachers on technology, AI,and digital pedagogy.

- Contribute to the design andstrengthening of digital learning frameworks and content strategies.

Required Qualifications





- Postgraduate degree in Technology/ Computer Science / Information Technology / Educational Technology or arelated field

- B.Ed. or equivalent qualificationin education

- Additional certifications ortraining in digital pedagogy, educational technology, or AI in education willbe an advantage

Required Experience

- 812 years of overall professionalexperience, with demonstrated expertise in the following areas:

- 34 years of school teachingexperience

- Designing and developinginstructor-led training (ILT) content for teachers

- Use of educational technology,digital tools, subject-specific resources, and digital platforms in classroomteaching

- Integrating ArtificialIntelligence (AI) to enhance teachinglearning processes

- Hands-on experience in planningand delivering virtual and face-to-face professional development programs forteachers, educators, or academic leaders

- Strong understanding of the Indianschool ecosystem, including curriculum frameworks, teacher needs, and regional,linguistic, and socio-economic diversity

- Exposure to digital editing toolsand YouTube channel
