- 5-10 years of experience as a Nuke Compositor or similar role.
- Proficiency in Nuke X, Boris FX Mocha, and other relevant tools (e.g., Silhouette).
- Solid understanding of shot composition principles and ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Artistic Eye: Perfectionism regarding lighting, color space, grain structure, perspective, and photographic depth of field.
- Coding Knowledge: Practical skills in Python or BlinkScript to customize Nuke tools and automate workflows.
- VFX Pipeline Experience: Deep understanding of linear workflows, multi-channel EXR passes, and color management systems like OCIO.
