Job Overview
This is a 9-month contract assignment supporting the Global Talent and Tech Ops team. Contractors will be employed through a staffing partner and not directly by Palo Alto Networks. The role focuses on triaging and analyzing data from Workday Recruit while supporting critical HR applications such as Paradox, HiredScore, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically adept, and capable of solving complex analytical challenges while maintaining confidentiality and meeting tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Global Talent Acquisition team in daily system-related activities.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable, data-driven HR solutions.
- Identify data anomalies and implement robust data quality controls.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to resolve complex application, hire, and offer-related issues.
- Manage and resolve support tickets through systems like ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HR-related inquiries efficiently.
- Ensure timely solutions and a positive user experience for employees and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR teams and cross-functional departments for seamless service delivery.
- Support AI tool integration to enhance reporting and training capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in HR analytics.
- Minimum 1 year of business analysis or project management experience.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in Workday, Workday Recruit, and Workday Report Builder.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience gathering and consolidating cross-functional requirements.
- Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High proficiency in English.
- Experience with HR-related API integrations is an added advantage.
- AI experience in reporting and data analysis is preferred.
