Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Store Assistant Manager to support store operations at our ferro alloys plant. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of inventory control, store procedures, and materials management in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day store operations and material handling.
- Maintain accurate stock records, inventory reports, and inward/outward registers.
- Ensure proper receiving, checking, storage, and issue of raw materials, consumables, and spare parts.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and support timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, maintenance, and accounts teams.




- Ensure proper documentation for material receipts, issues, returns, and stock verification.
- Support periodic physical stock audits and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Track slow-moving, non-moving, and critical items.
- Assist the Store Manager in overall store administration and control.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA in Supply Chain Management with SAP MM certification, minimum 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, and preference for immediate joiners.
