Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and legally proficient professional to join the US Access Letters Team within EYP EMS as an Advanced Associate. The role involves reviewing and analyzing legal documents, with a primary focus on contract-related content, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze contracts and related legal documentation with a focus on access and compliance requirements
- Interpret key contractual terms and assess potential risks or inconsistencies
- Perform document review tasks with high accuracy, maintaining quality and turnaround benchmarks
- Support preparation and validation of access letters in line with client and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure seamless delivery
- Maintain confidentiality and data security while handling sensitive legal information
- Adhere to process guidelines, SLAs, and quality standards
Candidate Profile
- Educational Qualification: Law graduate (LLB) from a recognized institution
- Experience: Relevant experience in contract review and/or document review
- Strong understanding of contractual clauses, legal terminology, and risk indicators
- High level of attention to detail and analytical capability
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Operational Requirements
- Ability to work in US shifts
- Flexibility and willingness to work in rotational shifts
- May be required to work on weekends and public holidays, based on business requirements
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in legal operations, contract lifecycle management, or document review teams
- Familiarity with US legal documentation and standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
