- ADA is looking for a seasoned tech sales lead for it's current business growth. ADA operates in AdTech, Data analytics and AI space. The person needs have hands on experience in Bangladesh market with a healthy experience of working in Business to Business Sales.

Drive ADA business and acquire new annual net revenue for all the business units (Marketing Services, Data Product, WhatsApp other Analytics and AI product ) as per the strategic direction of management.

- Lead the Business Development team to hunt in the market achieve the specific sales KPI

- Take client brief and ask relevant questions to understand the core requirement of clients

- Learn all ADA products and services by heart and mind to confidently represent any product on your own

- Proper relationship management with Decision makers and Management body of clients.

- Internal and External Stakeholder Management.

- Generate leads and qualify them for all business units

- Open business opportunities from qualified leads and engage appropriate practice teams to address clients need

- Manage pro-active and invitation-based pitches by coordinating with all relevant teams

- Negotiate with clients to close opportunities, work on commercial contracts and agreements for new clients





- Maintain and update sales report through Sales Force and any other reporting required for forecasting and business development

What skills and experience you will need

- 5- 8 years of experience in any client facing roles which includes 2-3 years of leadership role.

- Undergrads on any subject (preferred Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, any tech-related majors)

- Tech background with Marketing Agency experience preferred.

- Be process oriented and diligent in approaching your daily task.

- Have excellent presentation development and delivery skills.

- Be good with numbers, graphs and using sales lead management tools ( Specially SalesForce )

- Be geeky enough to love updating sales stats and dynamic enough to be super casual conversations with potential or existing clients.

- Be fluent and naturally conversant in English language.
