1. JOB PURPOSE

Managing PAN India disbursements for Farm business and ensure txn processing within TAT, good Quality, FTR, & productivity.

Coordination with Vendors for resource requirements, disburse cases within TAT, with good quality control and ensure disbursement is planned as per shift for 24 7.

1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- To monitor overall and per Txn cost Farm Disbursement process.
- Ensure Inhouse Quality 98%, Vendor quality 97% (Financial/Non-Financial Errors)
- Ensure End to End disbursement tracking and within TAT disbursements by Ops queue monitoring.
- Vendor management Productivity, quality tracking, performance reviews etc.
- Manage Vendor monthly billing, Quality check, process training, users productivity & performance monitoring on regular basis
- Raising BRDs for any new developments, system enhancements, new product launch and handling UATs & implementation.
- Monitoring Control accounts and resolution of BRS open items on timely basis
- Ensure Trade Advance to dealers (TA) disbursements within TAT and timely resolution of queries raised by Field team.
- Close Co- ordination with partners, cross- functional teams, IT, Legal, Internal Audit, Ops risk team etc.
- FTR monitoring and driving training programs, system control to improve FTR
- MIS & Reports management and should be valuable at Excel, formulas & analysis
- Effective email communication with Sales team, Credit team & other stake holders
- Reviewing the processes and updating disbursement checklist & SOP on regular basis.
- Capable to handle large team size of on rolls & off rolls & performance management




- Knowledge of LMS/Finnone and SalesForce application will be extra advantage
- Timely closure of Service Requests
- Travel to vendor places for review, feedback, audits and training users.
- Managing Internal & external Audits, Compliance & Ops Risk reviews
- Montly/weekly discussion with vendor and sales team on FTNR, Cost/Txn, QC, resources etc.

Educational Qualifications

- Graduation in commerce/science or equivalent stream
- MBA/PGDM (Optional)

Functional Skills

- Should have basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Word.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with all levels.
- Experience in Loan disbursement process, Vendor management, MIS & Reporting
- Loan application knowledge required
- Experience in team handling and performance management
