We are looking for enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to support loading and unloading operations of rail racks at food grain silo terminals. The trainee will assist in monitoring daily operations, ensuring safety, maintaining records, coordinating with railway authorities and contractors, and ensuring timely movement of materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in loading and unloading operations of rail racks at silo terminals.
- Monitor wagon placement, loading/unloading progress, and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with railway officials, operators, and contractors for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational SOPs.
- Maintain daily operational reports, stock records, and documentation.
- Monitor manpower deployment and equipment utilization.
- Report operational issues and assist in resolving delays.
- Support inventory reconciliation and material movement tracking.
- Learn and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Eligibility
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline)
- Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to work in shifts and travel to project locations.

- Basic understanding of railway logistics or warehouse operations is an added advantage.
