Program Manager
You will run every engagement we sign, from SOW to invoice.
Who we are
Our client build marketing, content, and design for enterprise technology companies across IT services, engineering R&D;, defense and aerospace, semiconductors, and enterprise AI.
What you will own
You will own every engagement from the moment an SOW is signed to the moment our finance team
can raise an accurate invoice. Client relationships stay with our account teams, and creative quality stays with our delivery teams. You run the machinery underneath both, and we move at the speed of that machinery. The role answers for three outcomes, and everything you do flows from them.
- Delivery planning: When an SOW is signed, you turn it into a numbered list of deliverables on a timeline, decide what each line needs, a designer, a video editor, a writer, and load it into MS Planner with owners and dates. The plan you build is the one the whole team works from, so it must reflect what was sold and what the team can realistically carry.
- Client reporting: You run a steady reporting rhythm with each client, weekly or monthly depending on the account, covering what has been delivered, what is on track, and what is in review. When something slips, you find out why before the client asks, and the answer you give is specific.
- Financial discipline: At month end, you reconcile what was delivered against the SOW, line by line, and hand our finance team a statement they can invoice against without follow-up questions. Current requests come in mid-engagement on every account, and you log each one, so
the line between contracted scope and incoming requests stays visible and every piece of work stays commercially accounted for.
The operating cadence
You send the daily report and lead the stand-up from early on. Weekly disciplines hold because you check them, source files filed into our shared repository, final deliverables uploaded to the clients SharePoint or DAM. Team leads answer first-line questions on their own work, and you keep the overall picture.
How the role grows
We do not expect you to arrive knowing our clients or their industries. Your first months go into learning the accounts one at a time, taking over the trackers and Planner boards, running the reporting rhythm on 2 or 3 accounts, and closing your first month-end cleanly with finance. Getting the basics steady matters more to us than speed.
The role widens as your context does. Somewhere between month 6 and month 12, you should be running every account, seeing workload across the delivery teams well enough to flag a crunch before
it lands, and reading draft SOWs before we sign them, because by then you know what each line costs to deliver. Quarterly internal reviews become yours to call. None of this is a day-one expectation, and all of it is where the role is headed.
The tools you will work in
- Excel is where plans are built. You create trackers from a blank sheet, use lookups and pivots comfortably,
and can lay out a Gantt view that shows planned against actual when a timeline starts to slip
- MS Planner is where the team works. You know it well enough to run buckets, labels, checklists, and assignments, and you know its limits, which is why the Excel plan stays the master
- You bring structure with you, sensible file naming, folders that keep source files and finals apart, templates people reuse, and simple systems others can run while you are on leave
- Your written English is clean, since status notes and monthly summaries go out under your name
- You can read an SOW, line items, rates, caps, and revision rounds, and give an honest answer on how complete a piece of work is
What you bring :
- You have spent 6 to 9 years in delivery, project, or program roles, with real time as the person who
- owned a plan rather than a slice of one. You may come from an agency, where you ran accounts as a
- project or traffic manager, or from IT services delivery or a PMO, where you ran workstreams against
- contracts. Either way, you can walk us through an engagement you took from signed scope to
- delivered and billed, and you understand that creative work has its own rhythm, with review cycles
- and subjective calls built in. You close loops and follow through without being chased
Who does well here :
This role rewards someone who likes order and follow-through, who finds a satisfying shape in turning a contract into a plan and a month of work into an accurate reconciliation. You are
comfortable holding colleagues to a cadence without managing their careers, and you are content that client relationships and creative decisions belong to other roles.
