- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products/services to potential clients, generate leads, and close deals.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing issues, responding to emails, and resolving complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre setting or related field (customer care/support).
- Excellent communication skills for effective cold calling and telecalling.
- Ability to work part-time shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as per business requirements.
