Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh

Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end HR operations for the polymer manufacturing plant.

* Drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and induction for staff and shop-floor employees.

* Handle statutory compliance under the Factories Act, CLRA, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, POSH, and other labour laws.

* Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave administration, HRMS, and employee records.

* Build and maintain positive employee and industrial relations, including grievance handling and disciplinary processes.

* Coordinate training, skill development, and performance management (KRA/KPI and appraisal cycles).

* Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and retention programs.

* Support audits related to HR, ISO, customer requirements, and statutory compliance.

* Liaise with government authorities, labour departments, PF/ESI offices, and factory inspectors.





* Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower dashboards, attrition analysis, and monthly HR metrics.

* Partner with production, quality, EHS, finance, and operations teams to meet plant objectives.

Qualification:

Graduate/ Post Graduate in HR.

* Additional qualification in Labour Laws/Industrial Relations is an advantage.

Experience

* 8 to12 years

* Plant HR leadership role.

* Experience managing blue-collar and white-collar workforces and industrial relations.
