Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation and consulting experience.
- Solid understanding of business process design, workflow optimization, and service management principles.
- Experience facilitating executive and stakeholder workshops.
- Proven ability to lead requirements gathering and process redesign initiatives.
