Role Objective

Drive prescription generation and channel management in the assigned territory by leading a team of Medical Representatives and executing effective field strategies.





Key Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate Medical Representatives to achieve business objectives.
- Execute doctor engagement and territory coverage plans.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and trade partners.
- Conduct joint fieldwork, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.
- Drive local scientific activities and business initiatives.

Eligibility

- 6-8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- 2-3 years of experience as an Area Business Manager/First Line Manager in an MNC.
- Robust experience in prescription (Rx) generation and channel sales.
- Local market knowledge preferred.
- Graduate in Science or Pharmacy; MBA preferred.
- Age: Up to 32 years.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
