Mandatory Experience in Instrumentation Detail Design: 8 to 15 years
Job Description:
Candidate shall be capable perform following activities independently or with min. guidance:
- Reviewing & commenting P&I; D
- Instrument Index, I/O List, Alarm & Trip SP List, etc.
- Instrument Design Basis
- Control Narrative
- Reviewing/preparing Cause & Effect Matrix
- Reviewing/performing instrument sizing calculations
- Various instrument data sheets & specifications
- ICSS Specifications
- RFQs for various instruments as well as ICSS
- Vendor TQs as well as Technical Bid analysis
- Vendor document review for various instruments as well as ICSS
- Level Sketches
- JB & Cable Schedule
- IAM Schedule
- MTO/BoQ
- Capable of guiding designers to develop Instrument hook ups, Inst. Location & Cable routing layouts, Control Room layouts,
loop drawings, etc. of satisfactory quality complying project requirements
- Participate & contribute in various workshops like Hazop, Safety Study, etc.
- Performing Inter-Departmental Checks, Client-vendor interface and co-ordination, etc.
- Carry out site visit and preparation of detailed & specific site visit report
- Participation in FAT/SAT, Inspection as applicable
- Contract &/or scope review and generating technical queries and resolving the same formally
- Valuable command over spoken & written English
- Any other Instrumentation deliverable/activity not listed above but applicable in Inst. detail-design, FEED, PMC projects.
