Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products on time, within budget, and meeting customer expectations.

- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements using Agile methodologies (Scrum).

- Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and project management activities to ensure effective utilization of resources.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards (APIs), security protocols (DevOps), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices architecture.

Preferred Skills

- 4-5years of software engineering experience with 1-2 years in Engineering Management.




- Proven experience in People Management and leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working closely with Product, Business, and Operations teams.
- Valuable understanding of System Design, Microservices, APIs, and Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and engineering automation.
- Strong knowledge of Scalability, Performance, Security, and Reliability of applications.
- Ability to manage Project Delivery, Resource Planning, Risk Management, and Stakeholder
