Mock Interview coordinator
Qualification: Any Graduate, Preferably MBA
Experience: Fresher or 1 year as placement coordinator
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To schedule resume building sessions and mock interviews for students by being a SPOC with students assigned
- To ensure smooth interview process by coordinating with the students and interview team
- Maintain close communication with program graduates who are unemployed and employed
- Update and maintain necessary data in trackers
- Regularly update all activities in the portal
- Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and establish strong relationships with a range of students
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Self-motivated
- Comfortable with public speaking, leading groups of participants in employability workshops and exercises, and working in a team setting
