Lead our business development own the pipeline, close deals and grow DESENOs client base across industries.

What youll do

- Drive new business by identifying, prospecting and converting leads into long-term clients

- Grow existing accounts through regular engagement, upselling and cross-selling our services

- Own and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets

- Build and present compelling proposals, pitches and service packages tailored to each client

- Keep an accurate pipeline and CRM, and report performance, market intelligence and competitor insight

- Represent DESENO at client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities

What you bring

- MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Administration mandatory

- 35 years of proven sales experience, ideally in a creative, digital or media agency





- A track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets in service-based selling

- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation in English, Hindi and Marathi

- Confident with CRM tools and MS Office, and willing to travel for client meetings

Compensation

3,60,000 7,20,000 per annum (CTC)
Plus performance-based monthly incentives, over and above your fixed CTC.

In office, Nashik MondaySaturday, 10 AM7 PM 3-month probation
