Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Unit Head in managing daily operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Train and certify staff on SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Drive F&B; sales and customer membership programs.
- Monitor inventory, control COGS, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance.
- Manage team grooming, shift briefings, and employee engagement.

Skills Required:
