Job Title: SAP SD Consultant
Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Bengaluru, India
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

- SAP SD Consultant (Offshore) SAP End-to-End OTC Management, Full ownership of the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including Inquiry, Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery, and Billing
- Configure and support ECC S/4HANA Order-to-Cash processes including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Returns, and Credit Management.
- Work on S/4HANA specific SD capabilities such as Advanced ATP (aATP), FSCM Credit Management, and Fiori-based SD transactions.
- Complex Pricing Configuration: Expertise in configuring condition types, access sequences, and pricing procedures for global dental equipment and consumables.
- Complex Return Sales processing with Quality Management integration
- Healthcare Compliance: Implementing Batch Management and Serial Number tracking to ensure regulatory compliance for medical devices.
- Master Data Governance: Managing Customer, Material, and Pricing master data, including Customer Hierarchy and CMIR.




- Seamless Module Integration: Robust proficiency in SD-FI (Revenue Recognition), SD-MM (ATP/Availability), and SD-PP (Make-to-Order) integration.
- Logistics EDI: Handling Shipping, Transportation, and EDI/IDoc monitoring for global supply chain connectivity with healthcare distributors.
- Rebate Contract Management: Designing and maintaining Condition Contracts and Rebate Agreements for long-term healthcare provider accounts.
- Functional Documentation: Creating high-quality Functional Specifications (FS) for custom ABAP developments and user-exit enhancements.
- Global Support Training: Providing L2/L3 production support and conducting end-user training for diverse, international sales teams.
- Project Lifecycle (Life-cycle): Experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations or major rollouts using ASAP or SAP Activate methodologies.
