Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and programs to support business objectives.
- Conduct performance appraisals, provide training and development opportunities to employees, and manage payroll processing.
- Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
- Solid knowledge of hiring, HRSd (Human Resource Shared Services), performance appraisal systems, payroll processing software applications.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within an organization.
