We are looking for a proactive Relationship Manager with experience in e-commerce marketplaces to manage client relationships, understand business requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships through regular communication.
- Take periodic feedback from clients and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Marketplace, Design, Content, and Performance Marketing.
- Assign tasks to relevant team members and monitor execution.
- Follow up on task progress and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain project timelines and provide regular updates to clients.




- Ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and process improvement.

Requirements

- 13 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Relationship Management.
- Hands-on knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; project management tools are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
