We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding academic programs and admissions. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and should be comfortable handling counselling, follow-ups, and student queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and programs
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Guide students through the admission process
- Follow up with prospective students and parents
- Maintain student database and counselling records
- Achieve counselling and admission targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding process
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in Academic Counselling / EdTech / Sales preferred
- Ability to handle student and parent queries professionally
- Solid follow-up and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office understanding
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
