Head Technical (Roads & Highways). We are looking for a seasoned Civil Engineering professional with extensive experience in Highway Operations & Maintenance (O&M;), Road Asset Management, Technical Governance, and NHAI projects.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead technical oversight of highway assets and maintenance operations
* Drive asset lifecycle management and preventive maintenance strategies
* Ensure compliance with NHAI, IRC, and MORTH standards
* Oversee contract administration, BOQ reviews, and technical evaluations
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, government authorities, and stakeholders
* Strengthen quality assurance, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance Ideal Candidate Profile:
• B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering
• 20+ years of experience in Roads & Highways
• Strong exposure to Highway O&M; and Asset Management
• Experience with BOT/HAM/TOT projects and concession agreements is highly preferred
