Location: Bhiwandi, Thane, Maharashtra
Position: CFO

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Finance & Accounts function and provide strategic financial leadership to the Management.
• Drive Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS and Business Performance Reviews.
• Manage Treasury, Cash Flow, Working Capital and Banking Relationships.
• Ensure Statutory Compliance, Direct & Indirect Taxation and Regulatory Compliance.
• Oversee Internal & External Audits and strengthen Financial Governance.
• Develop and implement robust Financial Controls, Policies and Risk Management Frameworks.
• Drive Cost Management, Cost Optimization and Profitability Improvement initiatives.
• Prepare timely financial statements, Board MIS and Management Reports.
• Liaise with Banks, Auditors,



Financial Institutions and other external stakeholders.
• Support Investor Reporting, Due Diligence activities and IPO Readiness initiatives.
• Build, mentor and lead a high-performing Finance & Accounts team.
•Preference will be given to candidates currently working with Listed entities.
Candidates should have hands-on experience with SEBI Listing Regulations, Corporate Governance, Board & Audit Committee reporting, Statutory Compliance, Investor Reporting and communications, Due Diligence, Internal Financial Controls (IFC), IND-AS and IPO/Listing readiness.

Ideal Candidate:
Must be a CA with a MBA Finance (preferred)
15 - 20 years of relevant experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
Solid exposure to Business Finance along with Finance & Accounting.
Expertise in Budgeting, MIS, Treasury, Banking, Taxation, Audits and Financial Controls.
Sound knowledge of Corporate Finance, Risk Management and Cost Control.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Tally or similar.
Exposure to Investor Reporting, Due Diligence or IPO Preparation will be an added advantage.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Please Note:
We are currently considering candidates residing on Central Line in Mumbai / Thane area, preferably from Mulund /Thane/ Kalyan area.
Relocation candidates will not be considered for this role.
