Role & responsibilities

> Accountable for direct & team sales along with resourcing for the team.

> Also, support on Marketing, Operations & Business Development.

* Will join as Individual Contributor & will build the team in due course of time, and individual direct sales targets to be communicated later.

Preferred candidate profile

> 5 to 10 years of experience out of which, 2/3 years in real estate retail/channel sales and at least 1/2 years as team lead / manager.

* Currently working with real estate channel partners in Bangalore only

* Should have a intent & vision of long term growth along with organization
