Role: Fullstack Developer/ Automation / Integration Engineer Capital Markets & Asset Management

Experience: 4 to 7 Years

Location: Gurugram

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift Timing: 2 - 11 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Automate Asset Management and Investment Operations workflows to reduce manual effort and

improve straight-through processing.

- Automate Corporate Actions processing using SWIFT messages for dividends, interest, redemptions,

and reorganizations.

- Build automation for trade confirmation and post-trade connectivity with DTCC for Corporate Bonds

and Asset-Backed Securities.

- Enhance back-office Trade Settlement by automating SWIFT message exchange with Custodian Banks.
- Design approval and payment workflows based on configurable thresholds and authorization levels.
- Generate electronically signed PDF documents for banks and trustees to securely transfer securities

and funds while ensuring Trust compliance.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python or Java for automation and integration development.
- Experience working with SWIFT financial messages (MT5xx series).
- Knowledge of DTCC trade confirmation and post-trade workflows.
- Experience with REST APIs,



XML, JSON, and file-based integrations.
- Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases.

Domain Expertise (Mandatory)

- Experience in Capital Markets, Asset Management, Investment Operations, or Custody Services.
- Understanding of trade lifecycle including confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Exposure to Corporate Bonds, Asset-Backed Securities, and Trust structures.

Example Business Problem Statements (Resume Indicators)

- Automated Corporate Actions SWIFT message processing using Python or Java to reduce manual

operational workload.

- Automated Investment Operations approval and payment workflows based on authorization

thresholds.

- Automated Trade Confirmation connectivity with DTCC for Corporate Bonds and Asset-Backed

Securities.

- Enhanced back-office Trade Settlement via SWIFT messaging with Custodian Banks.
- Generated electronically signed PDF instructions for banks to transfer securities and funds while

maintaining Trust compliance.
